Founded in 2025, the RIBERA SUR TANGO TRIO performs a repertoire that has often been overlooked in favour of other works by composer Astor Piazzolla. The goal is to reveal and promote a different facet of his legacy, as well as to offer an alternative perspective on his music.

From a female perspective characterized by sensitivity, tenderness, elegance, and restraint, the three musicians blend elements of classical music with those of Latin American folk music. This offers a fresh perspective on the musical universe of the famous composer.
