Philipp Schupelius is a multiple first prize winner of “Jugend musiziert”, Classic FM radio selected him as one of the 30 most exciting young musicians in the world in March 2024, and this year he was shortlisted in two categories for the “Opus Klassik”, probably the most prestigious classical music award in Germany. We are delighted to welcome this exceptional cello talent back to our venue!

He will be accompanied by Japanese pianist Yukino Kaihara, winner of the Tokyo Music Competition, who has already performed with the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra and the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, among others.
