Gajana Holland

House Manager
Rental Management and Accounting
has been at the IBZ since April 2011 and is responsible for the rental management as well as the accounting. Since March 2020 she is also appointed House Manager.

Florian Hessler

Event Management and Housekeeping
At IBZ since May 2020. He is responsible for the planning, organization and booking of all events and also for the coordination of all maintenance issues, repairs and renovations.

Andreas Barz

Management

Director of the IBZ Berlin, CEO of the Studentendorf Schlachtensee eG, Spokesman Schaustelle Nachkriegsmoderne, Member of the association´s council PkmG

Andreas Barz was appointed CEO in September 2004. He is in charge of the refurbishment, strategy, Public Relations and HR. Alongside his work; he is involved in various publications regarding the architecture of post-war Modernism.

Jens-Uwe Köhler

Director of the IBZ, CFO of the Studentendorf Schlachtensee eG, General Manager Studentendorf Adleshof GmbH

Jens-Uwe Köhler has been part of the management team since the foundation of the cooperation in 2002 and is responsible for Finance and Operations. Prior to, this Jens-Uwe Köhler was involved in student self administration and was manager of the club A 18.

Andrea Güttner

Andrea Güttner has been entrusted with the official duties of the Chancellor of Freie Universität Berlin since 2023 and has also been Chairwoman of the IBZ e.V. since August 2023.

Gesa Heym is the head of the unit of Student Mobility - Welcome Services of the department International of Freie Universität and since 2010 member of the board of directors of IBZ e.V.

Our caretakers are always on hand when repairs or technical questions arise in-house. The idea of sustainability is your top priority, so that they always find creative solutions for repairs and little has to be thrown away.
They are also responsible for setting up and dismantling all events and celebrations.
