THE IBZ BERLIN IS IDEAL FOR CHILDREN

Many of our residents bring their families. Our apartments are spacious and over half of them have at least one children's room. Parents of small children who use strollers will appreciate the elevators, which allow them to reach almost all floors comfortably.

We have a beautiful large garden and play area with sand pit, table tennis and table soccer where yound and old can play and get to know each other. Another large playground is at Rüdesheimer Platz just round the corner. There the paddling pool at Siegfriedsbrunnen is also very popular amongst our residents with children.

The children are not neglected at our many internal parties either. The year begins with our children’s carnival party and after a few BBQs over the summer it ends with the annual Christmas party, where Santa Claus himself brings gifts to the children.

THE KINDERGARTEN IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR

Welcome to the Montessori children's home in the IBZ!

The Montessori Kinderhaus is also located directly in the IBZ. In the bilingual German-English kindergarten, children between the ages of two and six are cared for by certified professional employees - this is why the kindergarten is very popular with our residents. The transition to the first grade of the bilingual Montessori school at Wannsee is fluid - especially our residents with preschoolers appreciate this very much.

There are also numerous German-speaking public primary schools, grammar schools and other secondary schools as well as bilingual European and private schools in the vicinity of the IBZ.

Even in their free time, the little ones - just like their parents - don't miss out on anything: the district of Wilmersdorf has three public swimming pools that are close to the IBZ. The Volkspark Wilmersdorf, a public park, also offers numerous leisure and fitness activities for the young and the young at heart.

And if the weather is bad, our club room and of course the library offer enough space to let your imagination and dreams run free. For those that want to let off some steam while staying dry there also is a table tennis room in the cellar. The IBZ Berlin is optimally prepared and equipped for children.
