All rental prices are all-inclusive prices including heating, hot water and other operating costs, as well as Internet access via the eduroam network. The rent also includes an advance payment on electricity costs. * The rent increases on January 1st of each year.

All apartments are furnished and fully equipped.

Bed linen sets can be rented for a one-off charge of €10 per set. 


The final cleaning fee depends on the size of the apartment and the rental period (from 40,- to 195,-€).

All rental conditions correspond to the current status as of 01.01.2024.
